  Booked table for 4. When we arrived they has no such reservation. Took 15 minutes to come up to us for drink orders. When we ordered main we were told sorry you can't order medium rare, its rare or medium only. The girl didnt write our order down and had a boy come back over 2 minutes later asking what we had ordered. No cutlery on table either.
  The whole meal came out cold. We will never be going here again and won't recommend the Penrith store to any friends or family
