  We had some carpet laid by Carpet Call, the carpet has lines running through about one metre from each side. These lines are a fault. We were made aware of this when the guy came to lay the carpet. We asked for the carpet to be changed. The store called me and told me that they would go ahead and lay the carpet (so our floor would be covered in something) and that the manufacturer would contact us within a week to organise to come and look at it. Once they looked at the carpet they would organise at their expense to clear the rooms and lay new carpet. It has been nearly two weeks and we haven't heard from anyone about this. I wouldn't recommend this company, they were just interested in making a sale.
